The SlimDOWN | with Bonnie
I have been on a perpetual diet for as long as I can remember, you name it, I have tried it. Don’t get me wrong I’m not knocking any of them, if eating cabbage soup three times a day helps you drop a couple pounds then go for it, just as long as we don’t share a cubicle at work.
Of all diets I have been on, the one thing they all had in common was “ME”- it was all up to me. Personally I like food, so for that reason alone I have stopped dieting. I now view my body as a car, a well-oiled running machine. I don’t put gas in my car unless it needs it and I never put watered down gas in it. Everyone knows that a properly maintained car can last forever. By treating my body like this, I have finally found what works for me. I only eat when I need fuel, I only eat good stuff, and I strength train to help maintain a healthy heart. I feel better, my clothes fit better and guess what? No cabbage soup!
So follow me on my journey, as I take you through my personal nutrition, supplements, and Tsunami Bar® strength training.
